Yoga
Follow the path that links mental, spiritual, and physical well-being
and achieve greater balance and energy in your daily life. Individually,
or in duet or trio sessions, hundreds of ancient postures can be combined
in different patterns, which can both enliven and calm your senses. Maintaining
your focus on deep breathing and flowing movement, yoga will bring you
a stronger core and better posture. Many people believe they have to be
very flexible to even begin yoga, when in fact anyone can do yoga to become
more flexible.

Vinyasa Yoga, Mondays at 7:00 PM with Randi Jurus
Vinyasa Yoga, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM with Randi
Jurus
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Thursdays at 7:00 PM with
Grace Tuma
*Yoga classes are $10 per session for members who pay in
blocks of eight sessions and $15 per session for non-members and members
who do not pay in advance.
