Yoga
Follow the path that links mental, spiritual, and physical well-being
and achieve greater balance and energy in your daily life. Individually,
or in duet or trio sessions, hundreds of ancient postures can be combined
in different patterns, which can both enliven and calm your senses. Maintaining
your focus on deep breathing and flowing movement, yoga will bring you
a stronger core and better posture. Many people believe they have to be
very flexible to even begin yoga, when in fact anyone can do yoga to become
more flexible.
OUR CURRENT YOGA SCHEDULE
Vinyasa Yoga, Mondays at 7:00 PM
Vinyasa Yoga, Wednesdays at 7:00 AM
Vinyasa Yoga, Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
Vinyasa Yoga, Thursdays at 12:00 PM
*Yoga classes are $10 per session for members and $15 per
session for non-members.
