“For the first time, I go to the gym regularly, willingly, some days even eagerly. Every workout is different, so there’s never boredom. Tremendous emphasis on form and safety. Adam is amazing, effortlessly tailoring workouts for each individual, even when there is a larger group. And don’t get me started on NKT and Chris! I was a skeptic but he’s helped me with all kinds of aches/pain. Now Anthony has me eating lots more protein…we’ll see how that works out. Super clean and bright facility.”

“Whatever that was yesterday?…. The recovery and motion day with some bursts thrown in for fitness? That was about as timely and perfect for me as it gets.
I know I didn’t run like most of your team this weekend, but I’d done some hard strength while I was away (’cause I know how now .. my hotel had kettlebells! .. and I got to bench press) and I did some elliptical work, and then squeezed myself into a coach flight to Florida and back. I was full of kinks and knots, but came in early enough for a thorough warm up, and rolled everything out well. Then we did all that crawling, rolling, squatting, stretching, and some snatches and ropes ..
I felt great after the workout. I slept like a baby. And I feel excellent today. All smooth of motion and energized for more activity. Remarkable!”
