are then provided based upon your current lifestyle. When you join Plaza Fitness, the second session is also complimentary, and begins with an individualized assessment of your choice. You and your fitness professional may choose to assess posture, breathing, movement capabilities, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, and body composition. This information provides the foundation for corrective exercises and on-going exercise recommendations. Basic support program Meet once per week with professional personal trainers. If you currently exercise regularly but believe you could get more from your exercise plan, the basic support program is ideal for you. You'll learn how to incorporate appropriate exercises into your healthy living plan. Optimal support program Meet twice per week with professional personal trainers. Ideal for new exercisers and individuals who are not currently benefiting from resistance training. Improving movement patterns and increasing your metabolism is essential for anyone interested in weight loss, shaping and toning, and optimal health.
