Kyle Jenks is our golf conditioning specialist, certified by the CHEK Institute, and recently presented a golf conditioning workshop for golf pros and club members at Troy Country Club. Kyle will also be featured in an upcoming Capital District Business Review article on the local golf industry.

PERSONAL TRAINING SUCCESS STORY

Stress can take a toll on a body, and Sandy is no exception. Even though she lost a significant amount of weight a couple of years ago through a popular weight loss program, Sandy’s weight was creeping up again. The stress she felt from her job was increasing, along with her blood cholesterol levels, while her energy level was dropping.
