NEW GYROTONIC® MOVEMENT THERAPY STUDIO The Gyrotonic Expansion System of exercise is conducted with a personal instructor on a “Cobra” machine, an elegantly curved pulley tower with a bench and a series of weights, handles, and straps. Concentrated on spinal articulation and joint range of motion, you will use spherical and rotational movements to stretch, strengthen, and elongate your muscles and develop three-dimensional body awareness. The apparatus provides both support and resistance to your flowing, continuous movements. Sounds intriguing, doesn’t it? PERSONAL TRAINING SUCCESS STORY After retiring, and having never exercised a day in his life, Dennis felt it was time to change his lifestyle.
