ANALYSIS OPTIONS MAKE PROGRESS WITH 8-WEEK REVIEWS Do you know you’re making progress with your health and fitness? There are many ways to measure your results, some intrinsic and some external. Depending on your goals, you may want to consider signing up for a regularly scheduled 8-Week Review session with one of our fitness professionals. If you’ve not yet had measurements taken, then a baseline assessment based on your goals could give you a set of objective standards to measure your improvement over time. We can even make recommendations to help you gain improvements in your blood lipid profile, blood pressure, blood sugars, and other lab tests your physician oversees. Whether for strength, balance, posture, weight, size, endurance, post-rehabilitation performance...there are others, and we can help you reach those goals. Check with a fitness professional to schedule your health and fitness review. GROUP TRAINING How about Tai Chi at 5:30 pm on Thursdays beginning November 2nd? Improved balance, coordination, range of motion, cardiovascular endurance, and stress control are among the positive benefits associated with regular participation in Tai Chi conditioning. Your leader, Lorraine Noval, will focus on a series of postures particularly beneficial for arthritis, increasing the comfort and fluidity of your joints. Please call 482-2266 to register by Monday, October 30th for Tai Chi. Pilates is also available as a group training session, Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. Our 8-week group training sessions are conducted in small groups, with the hands-on guidance you love about personal training, bolstered by results you can really feel. The ideal number of pre-registered participants for the program is six. The Group Training fees are simple: The $60 per class session divided by the number of participants, so for 2 people it’s $30 each, for 3 people it’s $20, for 4 people it’s $15, for 5 people it’s $12, for 6 people it’s $10. We request that the payment for the full 8-week session be made prior to the initial session. Non-members are welcome to participate in group training for an additional $10 per session. In some cases, we can launch a Group Training program if we have enough people expressing an interest in a program. Resistive Flexibility, Pilates, and Tai Chi are the current formats available for Group Training, so please grab a friend and call us anytime you would like to get one going! MOVE
