PERSONAL TRAINING SUCCESS STORY

Dave came to Plaza Fitness in January looking for change, and he sure did find it! Following our Ultraprevention program as a philosophical and practical guide to a healthier lifestyle, Korey and Dave have been working together twice a week on Dave’s weight loss goals. By improving his food intake, increasing his exercise frequency, and keeping him accountable with the help of the Polar F-11 heart rate monitor and regular weigh-ins, Dave has lost 25 ½ lbs in the past 16 weeks! He has scored additional impressive results through personal training, including substantial improvement in his posture, longer duration on his single leg balance, and strength gains on the dumbbell chest press going from 20 repetitions at 20 pounds to 11 repetitions at 50 pounds.

In addition, Jenica will be available to meet with members for nutritional counseling.
