A dynamic new cycling class begins on January 10th at 6:30 am, so you can start your Tuesdays with an invigorating ride. Nancy Welsh is an accomplished rider and she’ll be leading the early morning cycle class. We know our dedicated morning exercisers have been looking forward to an early cardio class, and we’re delighted to have Nancy join us and make it happen! The use of the equipment and the instruction was a large factor in that.” - David Wednesday January 4th will mark the beginning of our next Move to Live program, and if you’re like David it could be the start of great benefits for you. David has lost 8 ½ pounds in 3 weeks, and maintains 4 to 5 days a week of healthy activity in the fitness center...even during the holiday week! Learn how you, too, can change your life for the better through activity and healthy eating. The Move To Live program begins every first Wednesday of the month at 7:30 pm.
