The emphasis of the program is to empower you to make educated choices about healthy eating and activity, and to feel good about consistently pursuing those choices. When you accomplish these things, weight loss usually follows. Well, Rachel and Becky should be feeling really good about their consistency, because they’ve lost 9.5 lbs. and 6 lbs. respectively just in the last three weeks! Wednesday, February 1st at 7:30 pm will mark the beginning of our next Move to Live program. Learn how you, too, can change your life for the better through activity and healthy eating.
