Your journey begins with a complimentary wellness consultation. During this consultation, we collaborate with you to develop an effective plan to achieve optimal health. We also do a comprehensive analysis with you of your current fitness levels, nutritional habits, stress management techniques, and other relevant background information during this session. Research-based recommendations for cardiorespiratory endurance, resistance training, and flexibility will be planned by your fitness professional based on your goals and assessment data. MOVEMENT ANALYSIS

Following the lifestyle training consultation, our professional staff will assess your body’s unique needs resulting in a highly individualized exercise prescription. These initial sessions represent the cornerstone of individuality found only at Plaza Fitness.
