muscles through focused, precise, and controlled exercises. Pilates
emphasizes proper spinal alignment during a few high quality repetitions
of each exercise, encouraging long, lean muscle development and functional
fitness. Pilates mat and reformer exercises, led by a personal instructor,
are ideal for improving flexibility, strength, balance, and postural
awareness. Private, duet, and trio sessions are available.

STRETCHING
