GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM

PILATES
More popular now than ever, Pilates has a 70+ year tradition of strengthening core postural muscles through focused, precise, and controlled exercises. Pilates emphasizes proper spinal alignment during a few high quality repetitions of each exercise, encouraging long, lean muscle development and functional fitness.
